excellent food cozy room lovely view
The food was excellent and creatively prepared. The Full English breakfast was beautifully cooked, and a wide range of other choices were available too! The room was really comfortable and cozy with a lovely view.

tranquil getaway
friendly staff nothing noisy
i found the staff very friendly and always ready to help with any request. the gardens were very well maintained offering a super calm place. i appreciated the convenient parking available . breakfast was delicious offering a nice variety.
the wifi signal in the room was sometimes unreliable. this made it difficult to stream videos without interruptions.

sharp exit battery tack
the staff were friendly AND helpful , which was acceptable.
the location was down a track from a sharp exit off a main road , not ideal. the jacuzzi in the beautiful suite had hairs and dirt INSIDE. i discovered the remote had no instructions and the battery cover was fixed with blu TACK.

The breakfast service require improvement. The poached eggs arrived waterlogged, indicating a lack of proper draining. the absence of apple juice without specific request is not acceptable.

the ample car parking was a nice bonus for our stay.
i was disappointed with the underfloor heating in the bedroom , it did not work at all. i switched it on , but there was no warmth.
